Josefina Ghersa

Dr. Josefina Ghersa, DVM, is a second year equine focused Theriogenology Resident at WCVM, University of Saskatchewan. She is concurrently enrolled in a Master's program and her research focuses on reproductive physiology, with a particular interest in embryo-maternal communication and extracellular vesicles in equine species. Dr. Ghersa is passionate about improving fertility outcomes in horses through improved diagnostic approaches and therapies.
