Sara Langsam

Dr. Sara Langsam is a 2002 graduate of the the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine. Following a hospital internship
at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, KY, she began working for Teigland, Franklin and Brokken DVMs( TFB Equine), a large, exclusively Thoroughbred racetrack and sales practice, in July of 2003. With TFB, Dr. Langsam has worked at Calder Racecourse,
Gulfstream Park, Delaware Park, Saratoga Racecourse and Keeneland Racecourse before starting their year round Belmont Park Division in 2012. Dr. Langsam currently serves as chairwoman of AAEP’s RacingCommittee and on AAEP’s Board of Directors. In addition, she is currently
on HISA’s Horsemen’s Advisory Board.
