Dr. Lauren Bookbinder is a board-certified large animal internal medicine faculty member at Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. At MSU, she leads immersive large-animal clinical experiences, develops mentorship frameworks that connect students with faculty role models, and collaborates across academic units to advance student engagement initiatives for pre-veterinary and veterinary students. Currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education at MSU, her research explores how institutional environments influence veterinary professional development, resilience, and career decision making.
