Kate Kiger (DVM, DABVP Equine) is an equine field service clinician at Colorado State University. She is a Colorado native and obtained her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from CSU. She completed a rotating equine internship at a large private practice, then returned to CSU for the ABVP Equine residency with Equine Field Service, becoming boarded with ABVP in 2024. Dr. Kiger is a member of the AAEP Early Career Committee and is excited to continue to advance our profession through mentorship and communication.
